The training focuses on private utility locating methodologies, risk identification, documentation standards, and the communication of limitations and uncertainty. Participants learn how gaps in information, access, and records should be identified, documented, and communicated to support defensible, professional locate decisions.
 
Emphasis is placed on real world field application, accountability, and coordination with asset owners, project managers, insurers, and legal stakeholders when private utility risk exists.
 
Completion of Know Before You Dig Levels I, II, and III is required and is included as part of this training bundle.
